SNMP Support for VMS is a requirement for our clients, this would be great if we could see this feature enabled in next release. We have already deployed NxWitness for some of our clients and more to come. Hope to see SNMP feature soon in NxWitness.

    Hello everyone!

We did consider adding SNMP support in our new Health Monitoring feature. But to be honest, this requirement was adding too much to release timeline, so we followed a lean development principle: decide later & deliver faster.

That means that we are rolling out our 4.1 release with health metrics that are not accessible via SNMP (but all data is available via REST API). We'll collect feedback and decide if we should prioritize SNMP support for those metrics later. Probably we'll include this improvement in our upcoming releases, so the HM data will be available via SNMP

    Thanks!

We are getting more and more requests for integration with security monitoring centers.  A lot of their systems accept SNMP traps to receive notifications.
We currently have projects that would make it a lot easier if Nx would support SNMP.

    Thanks!
