Bug: Client Welcome Screen on Windows Tablet Doesn't Register Touch

On multiple Microsoft Surface Pro tablets running Windows 10, using DWS Windows Client v4.2 and v5.0 the client welcome screen won't let you "touch" on server boxes to login.

The upper menu's work with touch, but none of the boxes where the servers reside will register the touch "click".
