If you do not know your applicable Nx Reseller, please provide your license key in the exact same format it appears in your Desktop Client (Menu -> System Administration -> Licenses). We will respond to you accordingly.

Copy and paste the License Keys related to your issue here. If you are replacing a piece of hardware or your Hardware ID (HWID) has changed after an software upgrade (OS or System) please copy and paste the new Hardware ID (HWID) here.
