This has been resolved by yourselves….? There was an issue with all 5.0 sites becoming unreachable. This has now been fixed your end and everything is working correctly.

Cloud services are unreachable on all my clients from mobile and wifi connection. Has this been sorted seems to keep happening a lot with some very unhappy customers
