Andrey I had tested the cloud webRTC but got the same results with Jasper, if I changed the cloud relay information to the static IP, I could get the WebRTC stream. The test Nxversion is 5.1.0.37512

If the device can support HTTP commands it can work as your wish.(Please checks the device can support or not) In the rules, Nx action can set Do Http request to send the command to the device.
