I will attempt to remove affected users and re-add however I'm noticing this across all systems we have on 6.0.0.39503, could this be escalated to support please? 

Hi Lloyd, Thanks for the reply, this appears to be an older version of the APK, is it compatible with the latest version of NX Server  6.0.0.39503?
