    Can you tell us more about the system? Like version, OS, etc.?

    Sure thing. Sorry I omitted that before.

    System 1 - Which I can see as fully online in the cloud portal, and has all options available. This has also been successfully merged with another system already.

    • Ubuntu 20.04.4
    • Intel Core i5
    • 8GB ram
    • NX witness 5.0.0.35745

    System 2 - Not able to be fully seen in the cloud portal:

    • Ubuntu 20.04.4
    • Intel Core i5
    • 8GB ram
    • NX witness 5.0.0.35745

    Hi Aaron James

    Can you provide the cloud IDs of each system for further investigations?

    To obtain your Cloud System ID please do the following:

    1 - Open your browser and navigate to the Cloud Portal (for instance http://nxvms.com)
    2 - Log in to your Cloud Account.
    3 - You will see the portal and the system tiles on your screen.
    4 - Click on the System that you want the Cloud System ID of.
    5 - The Cloud System ID is found in the URL and appended to “systems/”

    For example: https://nxvms.com/systems/3770508e-569a-423b-a61a-a85abb0ffff2
    The Cloud System ID is : 3770508e-569a-423b-a61a-a85abb0ffff2

    Still no good. System is working fine apart from trying to view anything on the web portal - and more specifically - merge it

    Sorry I had a few days off. On my return, I can see I can now merge the system, and everything is now working normally.
