    Hi Team.

    Myself and another colleague have recently upgraded our IPhones to the 14Pro. running iOS 16.1. Since the upgrade we are no longer receiving Push Notifications and are unable to enable push notifications within the settings tab of the NX Mobile App. We’ve tried the usual power cycle, hard restart, deleting the app, trawling settings and permissions, but to no avail. 

    Our previous 12 Pro running iOS16.1 still receives notifications. Any ideas?

    I have this exact issue, started after upgrading from ios 15 to ios 16.1. Looks like app not compatible with current ios software. When is the NX app update coming?!?!

     

    note: another user on same network with ios15 is receiving notifications

    iOS 16.1 support is expected in Nx Mobile 22.5 (the next release).

    I don't have a solid date for you. But Q1-2023 is a fair estimate, maybe in the end of Q4-2022.

    Hi Peter Pou and Ben Williams,

    We created an intermittent version for Nx Mobile (v22.4.1.35903) which we just pushed to the Apple App store.
    Please keep an eye on it for the update, since typically it will take some days before Apple approves the application. This version should enable the push notifications for iOS 16.x.
