Roles and permossions enhancing

Hi there!

Nx sees vary-focal motorized camera like a PTZ device, and when we click the option of the PTZ camera control and use the mouse wheel for zooming, camera works like a PTZ one and zooming the picture. This option must have an opportunity to be blocked in Roles and Permissions, because we adjust the vary-focal camera to the specific focus and view, and need not to change this setting during camera use.

As for now, for such cameras we make the ONVIF user with viewer permission (without PTZ option), and only via such a way we can avoid this problem. But we can do such ONVIF viewer not in all cameras: in Hikvision - yes, in Pelco - not. That is why I am asking about this additional feature to be implemented. After implementation this function will be used with PTZ cameras too - for the users without PTZ control permissions (only viewing).
