    Hi!
Yes, it's in the roadmap. But it is not coming in 5.1, as we faced some issues that we still need to fix. So it's coming in the version after 5.1.

In 5.1 it is only available in "preview" mode where you can enable it via conf file to test.

You should be able to find enableRemoteArchiveSynchronization flag in .ini config files 5.1 (has to be enabled both in the client and server).

The new setting should appear in Camera Expert settings.

Right now it may not work for all cameras, but should somewhat work for Hanwha Profile G-enabled cameras.

We have completed full testing od this functionality. Unfortunately, there is one thing we really don't like and we will be pushing for a fix. It will probably take many weeks, maybe even months, before users can really use this ONVIF Profile G feature.
I won't go into detail, but the point is that if the camera is turned off from the power supply while it is disconnected from the server/recorder, a gap will be created in the recordings on the card, which causes the recording importing mechanism to permanently hang. At the moment, we do not know of a simple way to restore this mechanism to work again (apart from formatting the SDXC card and restarting the mechanism).
This situation may happen quite often, because we are talking about mobile applications where the power supply may be unstable, so we suggest waiting for the implementation to improve this mechanism. We will keep you posted on this topic.

About the ONVIF profile G support, after testing with some different camera manufacturer brands,  we’ve found out that each camera manufacturer has its way on ONVIF Porfile G implementation that the generic integration does not work well. Therefore, developers and testers need to spend more effort to make kind of "native integration" or fine tune with each camera brands. Many manufacturers firmware is not 100% ready for the profile G even if they claim so. We checked many brands like HikVision, Dahua, GeoVision, Honeywell... None of them work 100% properly but I won't go into details here. We are working closely with Network Optix to improve this functionality. Anyway, it will take much more time than planned, so this feature will surely not come up to the market before 6.1 which in reality probably means 2025.

This annoys me so much about camera manufactures, there is an ONVIF standard but most take this as a suggestion rather than a standard.

Jacob, did you enable this in the .ini, or did this option just pop up? I don't see it is why I am asking. I am not holding my breath for this... IMO is quite a challenging function to implement across the board. But I am watching ;-)

I also don't see this option on my servers, but I hope it will be implemented soon.
