Through the webhooks, can Nx Witness have Google Assistant to announce things?

Does anyone know how to have Nx Witness Server trigger Google Assistant or Alexa to say things (text to speech) using HTTP post/get to Google Assistant's webhooks?

If it can't be done now, perhaps that could be added to the feature requests.

As a work around, I'd settle for a network speaker that be triggered to play wav files by the HTTP post/get commands. The text to speech engine in Google Assistant would be better though.

  It seems like IFTTT can only do "IF Google Assistant hears phrase THEN do action" instead of the reverse where Google Assistant speaks based on HTTP input.
