trouble about using nx witness on windows 11

I am very confused about it because something wrong is with my nx witness on PC.I'm not sure it is caused by WINDOWS 11 or nx witness itself or any others.Althought I want to show more information about my PC but it is not allowed because it is  my work office's PC.

Now I don't know how to solve this problem.

I'll appreciate it if someone could give me a little hint.
