    Hi Feilan,

    Can you provide more detail to the issue? Ex : 

    1) Do you see the server on the welcome tiles screen?
    2) Are you saying the CLOUD? or just the local Lan search?
    3) If you directly type the IP address, can it work and be accessed?

    It would be good if you can provide the screen recording and the screen captures to describe the issue so we will not make misunderstandings. Thanks.

    Thank you for your reply.

    1)My server can't be auto-discovered.

    2)I think I am not using the cloud.

    3)ping my Ip   is noting problem.

    Hi,I'd like to describe more detail about my problem.

    I connect an LAN cable to my PC and found that the EZ-PRO could recognize Cemera but the Nx witness can't.

    I don't know the real reason.

    May be something with my PC's setting or the windows 11 pro insider preview(Evaluation copy.Build 25136.rs_prerelease.220606-1236)?

    Hi feilan,

    Sorry I am confused. 
    Are you using Nx Witness or EZPRO?
    Can you confirm you are using Nx Witness Client or EZPRO client?

    Also, you cannot run EZPRO mediaserver and Nx Witness mediaserver on the same machine concurrently. 

    Can you please describe what you are trying to test and the detail system information, including what you have installed on your PC?

    At the moment, I suggest you take the screen recording to show us your issue, as the system and environment in your test looks not quite straightforward.

    Yes,I use both of Nx Witness Client and EZ-pro client on the same PC.

    The EZ-pro could be used well.

    But the Nx witness4.2 could not add any device.

    It seems that it's difficult to provide more information because it is my company's PC.The infra engineer don't allow me to do that.To solve the problem,he hope me to clear all my windows system and reinstall it.But I think it is not the best solution.

    May be any other hint you could show me? Thank you

    By the way,the infra engineer said his pc could be used both the two software well.

    So is there any relation with the windows 11?

    Hi feilan,

    Please note that v4.2 can't be used on Windows 11.
    Windows 11 is supported starting from Nx Witness 5.0+.

    Could you check if the issue also exists when using v5.0 on your W11 system?
