    Hi Gabriel Inocencio,

Onvif support is required in the first place. If that isn't the case, incoming audio might be included in the video stream when you add them as an RTSP stream, but you won't be able to use the audio output or I/O ports.

When I check the device online, if shows the Onvif logo, so it might be worthwhile to check the device in the Onvif Device Manager to see if you can receive video and trigger the I/O. For Audio, the Onvif Device Test Tool is required, but this application is only available for Onvif Members.

If you don't have access to this tool, we can run the test in the Onvif Device Test Tool for you if you can make the device available through port forwarding. If that is the case, we'll transfer the topic into a support ticket, so you can share the login credentials privately.

    Hi There,

I wish to integrate Akuvox R20A together with NX witness.

I notice that there is a success in integrating these 2. Does that mean I am able to do a normal intercom and also from NX witness I am able to control the I/O so that I can control the doors connected to the Akuvox?

    Thanks

    Hi Muhammad Fuad bin Ramlan,

I'm not sure. When I check our supported device list, it shows it supports audio, but no 2-way audio and I/O were reported. But remember, this is auto-reporting, and the device was never physically tested, and therefore we recommend verifying it before making any promises.
