    Hi Michael Pasqualone,

Could it be that there are Firewalls in use?
In that case the firewall certificate needs to be added to each client since version 5.0.

Here an example for Fortinet Firewalls.

Do you have some documentation you can point me too? Specifically, what certificate needs to be injusted?

We use a SilverPeak multi-wan solution. So a little bit more complex then a simple internet connection connected to a firewall. So there doesn’t exist a simple firewall certificate.

    Hi Michael Pasqualone,

I'm not familiar at all with SilverPeak application, but I checked if I could find a related topic for SilverPeak multi-wan solutions, but without success. I noticed the application does work with certificates, but it wasn't clear where and how to configure this in SilverPeak for the clients.

I would suggest reaching out to SilverPeak support for some guidance.

Sorry Norman if I wasn't clear. I am a network engineer, I am 100% across SilverPeak.

I'm asking if there is any documentation from Network Optix that details the certificate requirements from your end. Our firewall does not do any HTTPS inspection or firewalling, so it shouldn't be causing any issues.

I've already run a packet trace on our end, I can see traffic going in/out without anything being rejected or blocked. So traffic is flowing correctly.

Is it possible to get my issue converted into a support ticket? If you notice from my YouTube video, the "Information" tab of NX Cloud is working, just the other tabs aren't working. I also can't add any NX Cloud users.

So I feel we're kinda-but-not really connected to NX Cloud properly, so this looks like an issue with v5 of NX VMS.

Additionally, here is the results of nxcloud_passlist_checkup_0.0.3.py

So can I please get a support ticket raised? Everything looks good from our end.

    Probably the same issue here.

Updated one of our servers to version 5.

    Afterwards showed as offline.

Disconnecting deleted all of our users on the running servers!

My issue has been converted into a support ticket. So hopefully it can be escalated within Network Optix and resolved.

I ran into the same issue, seems like a lot of people are.

I downgraded my server using the following guide:
    https://support.networkoptix.com/hc/en-us/articles/115015444907-Downgrade-to-a-Previous-Version

Has been working fine ever since, albeit on an older version

    Hi Than Hoegee,

The issue Michael Pasqualone is experiencing is still under investigation.

Not sure what issue you refer to, but a common question people have since 5.0, is that people have difficulties to connect due to missing the correct SSL certificates for the SSL validation. Please check THIS support article to get a better understanding about the new SSL validation feature.

    Hi Michael Pasqualone,

Thanks for your waiting. The system now is getting back online and the system looks all good.

That issue could be causing by database synchronization.
While updating, some entries in system database were incorrectly stored or saved, so you might be seeing the server showed offline, but actually online.

The solution could be simply detach all the servers from the system ,and then you merge each of the server back to force a database refresh and synchronization process.

    Thanks.

    Hi Than Hoegee,

Please refer to the following article if you face a system Unreachable or offline on the cloud.
    https://support.networkoptix.com/hc/en-us/articles/8891786041111-What-to-do-when-a-cloud-connected-system-shows-unreachable-or-offline-

However, as Norman suggested, it could be different cases and different reasons, if you can tell us which issue you have referred, we might be able to know what could be provided further.

    Thanks for your report.
