Recently we added the Welcome Section to our community where we added some posts we think are useful to read and take into consideration before you submit a new topic in our community.
There are topics about what to share when submitting a support question and a convenient template you can use, so it is clear for anyone what question you like to have answered.
But also a topic about what information is useful to share when you want to share Feature Feedback about a new feature or an existing feature. For the Feature Feedback we also offer a template we encourage you to use when submitting feedback.
We noticed that sometimes it is unclear what response times people might expect, so for this reason we created a topic about Response Times.
Finally, we added a Code of Conduct for our community.
