Vehicle line crossing with daily report ?

Hello all,
we have a customer we are proposing an NXwitness system too, and they want to be able to have a daily report of the amount of cars passing through their pickup lane, emailed to an admin assistant.
is this possible with NXwitness, and if so, what camera is suitable for this circumstance ?
we use hikvision and hanwha cameras with our installations so am familiar with virtual line crossing as a soft trigger. Just unsure on the reporting side of what they want

I guess this is doable.
With the help of the server API, you can request a list with event with custom timestamps, type of events etc.
Please check the options in the server API for the following API call:
/ec2/getEvents
Nx can email per event, but cannot collect all events per day and email them in a batch.
What I would do is using Zapier for this purpose. I haven't verified it, but with Zapier it should be possible to write all events into a spreadsheet and send an email per day. You even could create a dashboard with graphs etc. this way.
