Dahua XVR stReaming only one video

Hi, I currently have a DAHUA XVR connected to NX witness server 5.0. I can see the XVR device and see the streams for a split second and receive a dahua analytics plugin manifest issue. The first channel #1 is working continently just the other seven dropping out.

Dahua recorder is XVR5108HS- 4KL-I3.

I have found the issue as the RTSP address is channel 1 on all channels. If this is added in as an rtsp stream it works fine. However I have bought 2 x encoder licences and it is saying to use professional to record this way.

I have changed the RTSP streams to Channel 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and they work fine but issues now with purchasing the encoder licence already
