    Hi Simon C,

    As we received your message neither in ticket nor here, we will close this case.
    However, there are some suggestions still.

    This seems to be the case, however I first tried re entering the original credentials several times and this didn't work.I power cycled the camera and the server, no change.

    Maybe this is something on camera firmware?
    For example, the camera would block the login after some attempts?

     

    I then tried replacing admin with Admin, this didn't work.

    I tried changing the password on the camera but leaving admin as the username, this didn't work.

     

    The case looks like the camera locked some account for some reasons, probably you can check this will Pelco and figure the mechanism of the authentication.
