Help for choosing software/platform

I’m looking for new software for ten touristic road trains in Croatia, on which the Hikvision mDVR system is installed.

 So, I’m looking for a VMS server compatible with older Hikvision vision devices like DS-M5504HMI/GW, DS-MP7504/GW which I own. Until recently I used Hikvision IVMS 5200  mobile surveillance but Hikvision turned off support for this making it practically useless. Now I try to find alternative software which Is compatible with my devices. My primary needs are the following: Live streaming clients for Windows, Android, and IOS, also show vehicle position on the map. I found on the net that your software is an IVMS 5200 alternative, could you confirm it.

I own a virtual Win 2012 R2 server with a static IP address
