    Hi Jordan IUNCKER,

Can you provide some more details about what you did to upgrade? And also, if you can log in on nxvms.com? If so, if you can see the system? If you can log into the system via the Nx Cloud?

See also my comment HERE about a more or less similar report.

    Hi Norman - Nx Support

I use the in-client to upgrade with the build & password.

This server is linked to others NxCloud account (owner)

I use another Absys account to manage this server and other servers.
With the owner's NxCloud account and other accounts do not have access to this server.

    ----

    - Yes I can log in on nxvms with my account.
    - No I can't see the system.

    - No I can't connect to the system via NxCloud, I can only with local adress & public ip adress

In the server logs, I see some errors:

I delete the Absys NxCloud user, when I try to add it again :

But this user is already registered to NxCloud... Because I use it to manage other servers:

    HI Jordan IUNCKER,

Can you go to https://nxvms.com/cdb/system/get login with your cloud account (email & password) and share the json output? Also, please share the name of the system you want to log in to.

You can email the output to amsterdam@networkoptix.com.

Was resolved by adding the Fortinet Firewall SSL certificate to the operating system.

    Hi Freddy Hoogeveen,

If you have the same issue, the solution is mentioned in my last reply:

Was resolved by adding the Fortinet Firewall SSL certificate to the operating system.

In case adding the firewall SSL certificate to the clients didn't resolve the issue, please create a new topic and we can investigate your specific case.
