    Hi Stanislav Yachnik,

Can you share the firmware of the encoder you're using?
Also, can you share which version + build you're using for Nx Witness?

    Hi Stanislav Yachnik,

It seems there is newer firmware available for the SPE-1610.

We highly recommend to update the device first to the latest firmware, to check if this resolves the issue.

These are the SPE-1610 (Non-A Revision) and the latest firmware from hanwha is 1.04b_200227

Is there no way to edit the stream URL?

    Hi Stanislav,

You can't edit the URL if the device is natively. Editing the URL can only be done if the channels are added as RTSP streams.

Did you try to select Keep camera stream and profile settings (1)? Did you check it the issue could be related to the media type Onvif uses? Sometimes devices struggle with the 2 types of media requests, and it helps to enable or disable Media2 (2)

If it is possible to provide remote access to such a device through port forwarding, without any connection to a VMS or other device that could influence the profiles on the SPE-1610, I'm more than happy to investigate the issue to determine the root cause?

I can set up a test enviorment.

My process of getting it working is factory reset encoder > setup new pw > add devices one channel at a time > check keep camera stream and profile settings > set recording. Now everything can work well for a while, but if there is a reboot or power outage it always causes issues and the process needs to be repeated

I don't see Media2 fetch settings. what build version was it added onto?

    Hi Stanislav Yachnik,

I transfer this topic into a ticket.

    Regarding:

I don't see Media2 fetch settings. what build version was it added onto?

This was added to Nx Witness 4.2.0.33306. So if you use the latest patch (4.2.0.34860), it should be available.

You can do an in-client update with the following credentials:
    Build Number: 34860
    Password: dva6f8

Having this same issue with Hikvision NVRs, I can get all to add correctly except 1 channel. Then delete and start again and two are mixed up (main and sub are diff channels for some reason).

Getting very tiring and little support from DW.

    Hi I S,

Would it be possible to provide remote access to the device through port forwarding for further investigations? If so, please confirm, and we'll confirm the request into a support ticket.
