NX Witness VMS SIP protocol support

I have been searching but it does not appear NX VMS supports SIP protocol?

If yes, is a specific device required or any 3rd party system can support it?

  Hi Harry Hsu,

  Nx Witness doesn't support SIP protocol.
  Some SIP device have Audio I/O and can be, for example connected to an Axis P8221 I/O device.
  Currently, (v4.2) you need to have both device in the layout to hear the audio and see the video, but starting from version 5.0, you'll be able to map the Audio from device A to the Video from device B. So you only need to add the Video source to the layout see the video and hear the audio.

  It is true the version 5.0 has audio mapping, etc., which is convenient., but if SIP can be used, the audio quality will improve and there will be less delay, so I would ask to consider using SIP.

  Did you found any solution to handle SIP directly inside Nx Witness V5 ? V5.1 ?
