Plugin integration with analitycs applications

Hi, I have question, is there anybody who can and will help me with create very simple plugin for NX?

I have my own analytics app which get frame from all camera by NX API. this way is a bit problematic because the query after the API, returns me the image from the camera is not current but with a break of 3 seconds. I need plugin which only send me frame to my app that's all. C++ is not my road in life and create this plugin is little hard for me ;///.

I have many cameras is system and I think that maybe analyst will ask the plugs for the image from the camera so as not to clog the program by sending the image from the cameras by all cameras.

I need plugin thats only will be send frame on request by analitycs app. Anybody can help ?
