    Hi Ryan Marietta,

You did default the device, right?

Also, are the camera connected to a single system, or are they connected to another VMS or NVR?

Can you successfully open the streams in the Onvif Device Manager?

Also, I noticed that the cameras can provide H.264 and H.265. Does it make a difference if you use either one of the codecs?

The two cameras I'm using are not connected to any other VMSs or NVRs.

The Onvif Device Manager is running fine. I didn't notice anything off or see anything indicating something was wrong. The stream showed just fine.

I've tried each of the video settings (its provides two different options for H.264 and H.265), and I've tried doing that and resting it before changing it each time. I've messed with the fps, and any other settings I could find. The only thing I found odd about these cameras is that you are stuck with 1920x1080 resolution.

I've honestly found myself stumped at this moment with the things I could mess with. These don't even seem to have an actual website for the cameras, so i'm thinking of just trying different cameras and hoping that will fix the issue.

    thank you

    Hi Ryan Marietta,

Would it be possible to provide remote access to these devices through port forwarding, so we can investigate the issue? If so, I'll transfer this topic into a support ticket, so you can share the credentials privatly.

Thank for the help, but I've already returned the cameras because I was unhappy with them for multiple reasons. I've ordered new one and will let you know if any issues will arise.

    Thank you
