Summary: Currently using a pi 4 with at the moment 2 POE cameras. On the network is just the Pi, cameras, router, and my laptop. I can interact with the cameras fine if I go to their respective web pages, but Witness cannot show the stream. It detects them, but fails to display the stream. I've gone through the camera settings, witness's setting, the trouble shooting guides, but to no avail. It just gives me the same error:
FAILED: Camera request "GetVideoEncoderConfigurationOptions" failed with error "Fault info. Reason: No such configuration exists.. Additional: SOAP-ENV:Sender. Sub info: "http://www.onvif.org/ver10/error":InvalidArgVal. ". Please try to reboot the camera, then restore factory defaults on the web-page. Finally, try to update firmware. If the problem persists, please contact support.
Tried looking on onvif's website, but apparently this error is not a standard. The ONVIF device manager also seems to not find any problems from what I can see.
Nx Witness Version: 220.127.116.11840
Client OS: Windows 7 Professional version 6.1 build 7601
Server: raspberry PI 4b 8g with raspbian version 11
Network Topology: 2 IP POE cameras (Middle speed dome camera Model: ES-IP46F), TP-Link 5 port POE+ switch, Cisco wireless router, and a dell laptop from the middle ages. This is without access to the internet. If I have to connect to my works network then it may need a second post.
Special features: While all of this has been connected to the internet before for updating and download, the system is offline.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
