    Hi Victor Kravchuk,

Yes, on IOS mobile, it looks like it is expected. When bluetooth headset is connected, the iOS mobile application continues to use the built-in speakers and microphone. We are aware of this issue, but unfortunately, I am not able to provide the ETA for you at the moment.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Hi, Ichiro!

Strange answer. Look, in the Android it works properly, in the IOS other applications are working properly, but you are telling a some kind of the fairy tail about "like it is expected". This abnormal Nx behavior needs to be cured, and it must be included in timetable. Isn't it?

    Hi Victor Kravchuk,

Thanks for your answer. As you may know, Android and iOS are completely different operating system and significantly different on development. So it is the nature that there are some difference in between.

As a result, what we said expected is that -

    1) We understand Android could work with Bluetooth headphone.
    2) iOS mobile at the moment did not work with Bluetooth headphone.
    3) This is the known limitation at the moment.

We understand there might be some issues while you would like to use bluetooth headset, we agree this function could be considered and improved. But so far, we don't have the timeline for this task yet.
If you really have an urgency, you might be able to use Android system as the workaround.

The iOS/iPADOS improvement would be considered in the future release. Thanks.
