    Hi Jasper,

    Please share a screenshot of the Camera Settings menu, tab General, that show Vendor, Model, and Firmware and I'll see if we can offer a solution.

    Please, try this file;

    Put it on the following location;
     
    For Windows: C:\Program Files\Network Optix\Nx Witness\MediaServer
    For Linux: /opt/networkoptix/mediaserver/bin/
     
    Stop the NX Mediaserver, remove the DVR from the system, start the NX Mediaserver again and add the DVR again. Now it should use encoder licenses.
     
    Ps. I'm doing this from my phone, so the reply is a bit rudimentary. My apologies for that.

    I deleted the DVR, put the file in the location with the name resource_data.json and rebooted the mediaserver but still with the same result.

    It appeared to be the wrong license that was applied and was resolved by the reseller.
