Not receiving Nx Cloud Activation Email

    Hello Ashish Singh,

    Tell us please, when did you try to activate your account? If it was a long time ago, try again.

    Try using the "Forgot Password" --> "Reset" option for your Email.

    If it does not work, verify whether the letter comes to temporary mail. You can use temporary mail HERE.

    I to am experiencing the same issue. For the last 3 days I have tried several times to get the activation email. I have tried the forgot password option.

    nothing comes through. have checked both inbox and junk

    I have send tody, 4 activation for new Account.

    But I never  recive activation email !

    I have also tried with the 'Temporary mail' as suggested above, email does arrive. 

    So why does it not arrive in my private email.  Private email is a corporate Office 365

    Just another update.

    I have found something interesting!!!

    When I login to mail via the web and check my junk mail, there are many emails there, including the NX cloud.

    When I look in my outlook client, there are only a few emails, none are from NX cloud!!!

    anyway, account now activated.

    Just reviving this thread as am having widespread issues signing my clients up to the NX Cloud - have not received a confirmation email for the last 5 new clients. Is there a known issue at the moment? These are both corporate and private email addresses

    I have used the temporary mail link to test and the activation email appears instantly.

    Hi Oskar Domin,

    Just get the latest update from our partner in Oceania that the problem is related to the mail provider(Office 365). You should be able to get the activation mail after adding our domain (networkoptix.com) into the whitelist.

    Please let us know if you still have a problem during the activation process.

    Restarting this thread.

    I am also experiencing this issue.

    Nothing in my spam, Tried Temp Mail with no result.

    I tried sending a test email and it worked fine.

    Is there an issue on the sender side?

    Can you check the issue from your side and share the results?
    From our side, everything seems to be resolved.

    The reason was an issue at Amazon Web Services (AWS) where we host our cloud servers. These issues seem to be resolved by now;

    There still seems to be a problem receiving the activation email. 
    have tried setting up 2 different accounts on 2 different devices. Still no joy.

    Hi Peter Pou,

    I just verified it, and it is still working from our side.

    Could it be that the email addresses you used are a Microsoft domain or linked to this?
    It might sometimes happen that Microsoft doesn't allow AWS communication and return with an HTTP 500 message.

    One is tied to a Microsoft 365 account but the other test email that I tried isn't at all

    I have just hit the "resend activation email" and still nothing.

    To Support - I am having the same issue - Office 365 account, no activation email, nothing in Junk.

    I'm currently having to use a temporary account. Need this fixed please.

    I've got the same issue today. I have an authenticated smtp account in an office 365 domain that is working for other apps and services but will not send email out via NX Witness.  The connection times out.

    Since this is the most widely used email platform in the world you may wish to prioritse fixing this as this thread is a year old.
