Nx Cloud unavailable on iOS devices
AnsweredIt seems Nx Cloud is unavailable exclusively through the iOS application.
It's still possible to interact with systems/servers using a browser on said iOS devices.
However, Android, Windows and Linux devices are able to connect from external networks without issues.
It is possible to access the systems/servers when connected to the same local network, but once switching to LTE (or another external network) it will display the status "unreachable".
You will then get the following notification pop-up:
Cannot connect to System "[Systemname]"
Server or network is not available
Could this have anything to do with the iOS 14.3 launch last night?

We have the same problems. On IOS all systems are offline. on desktop all systems are online.

Jonas P. | marcel randshuizen,
The Issue is known and currently being worked on.
The current workaround is patience. If you wait long enough, the systems will change from unreachable to online.1 -
If we/customer wait/s (maybe not long enough) server goes from unreachable to offline but not online.
Maybe "long enough" means until you have fixed it in hours/days/weeks?

Is there any status-page for this kind of situations?
So far this forum message is the only place where I have found any information about this outage. No info in twitter or in the website.
I think that it is essential to have up to date status information available when providing this kind of cloud connectivity services.

Cloud connectivity on Apple devices has been restored. We are investigating the root cause.
We are working on enhancing our status page to notify users about potential and ongoing issues.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
