1 out of 8 cam's loss of recording
AnsweredWell on my system where i run 8 camera's with recording i have one cam that is losing recording after a while.
System runs 6 cam from myself and 2 from a neigbour so i got cross viewing.
Now it is that one of the camera's from my neighbour records perfect but after a few day's or weeks it stops recording and the other camera's stil keep recording. When i do a restart of the server the camera begins recording again.
I found this problem when past weekend there was a armed robbery in my street.
The cops who asked for video said that is was a great system and easy to use. So that was a big compliment to Network Optix.

Thanks for your feedback. May we know which brand of the camera you/your neighbors are using?
Do you configure the camera in Motion recording or Always recording?
How do you resume the camera back to record?
Last, if possible, can you also let us know the version of your Nx on site/your home?Thanks for your assistance.

Can you also update the camera firmware to the latest version? (If applicable)
Since the Nx Witness v4.1.0 has been released, is it possible you can update the Nx Witness as well?
