"Finishing systems merge"... for the past month

A few months ago, I had some troubles with one of our systems. There's a long support ticket related to that (it was related to restoring an individual server config that was a part of a larger, multi-server cloud system). Since then, I've been unable to access the system via nxvms.com, I just get the message, "Finishing systems merge". Even by API call to the system, I am seeing that it is not yet fully merged:
