    Hi hiroshi takasaki,

    We might be. 

    What needs to be checked is if you can do the following;

    1. Control the camera via the Absolute Move commands in the Onvif Device Manager.
    2. Set presets in Nx Witness and when called the camera moves to the correct position each time the preset is called. 

    If these 2 requirements are met, the chance is very likely we can add advanced PTZ for that model. 

    Once confirmed, I'll create a support ticket in which I will request remote access via port forwarding to at least one of such cameras with the latest firmware preloaded, and we will see what we can do.
