- IMPORTANT:
- This build is a BETA version and shall NOT be pushed to production. If released, the users that upgrade to this build will NOT be able to revert to the previous one!
- The iOS app has been submitted to your App Store Connect account and available to test through TestFlight. Please do NOT release it within your App Store Connect Portal!
- If the iOS App is not in the Apple App Store, the latest Apple Developer Agreement has not been accepted. Only the Account Holder of the Apple Developer account can do this. Please accept the agreement and get back to us.
- BREAKING CHANGES:
- Support of Servers version 4.2 will be discontinued in the next major release (25.2).

- NEW FEATURES:
- A new option “Enable software decoder fallback” was added to the Mobile Client settings. It will allow the video player to switch from Hardware decoder to Software decoder in case if Hardware decoder fails to process video from a particular camera.
- A new option “Maximum decoders count” was added to the Beta Features section. It will help to avoid unnecessary transcoding from Server on the Camera screen opened from Bookmark/Object Preview.
- IMPROVEMENTS:
- Archive chunks loading time was significantly reduced for big Systems with a lot of devices.
- Font color for different placeholders were adjusted throughout the Mobile Client for better visibility.
- BUG FIXES:
- Black frames were displayed instead of live video for some fish-eye cameras (for example, Hanwha Techwin PNM-9031RV). Fixed.
- Mobile Client dewarped image in an opposite angle. Fixed.
- If a camera had more than 5 action buttons such as Soft Triggers, PTZ and 2-way audio, they may overlay and hide timeline zoom in/out buttons. Fixed.
- After every attempt to enable/disable Motion Search for Servers 5.0/5.1 playback state changed to “Loading” for a few seconds and then moved to archive. Fixed.
- Watermark was not displayed over the video on the Bookmark/Object Preview screen. Fixed.
- Link to the Cloud account settings on the dialog “Cannot connect to the System. Two-factor authentication is required” did not work. Fixed.
- A pop-up message with unexpected clipboard operation appeared in Mobile Client on start or connect to System. Fixed.
- ANDROID SPECIFIC:
- It was not possible to tap the "Exit fullscreen" button on the Bookmark/Object Preview screen in landscape orientation if “3-button navigation mode” was configured on an Android device. Fixed.
- IOS SPECIFIC:
- Minor optimization of the 2-way audio button behavior for the situation when microphone permission has not been granted yet.
- Buttons for Type/Color/Subtype in Object Search were displayed partially off-screen on iPad. Fixed.
