logging mediaserver log in syslog on ubuntu

Hi,
is it possible in Nx Server on Ubuntu to pick up warnings and errors only. It is responsible for ~240,000 log lines per day in my syslog just with what looks like debug information, no warnings, no errors. However, we do not filter out anything in rsyslog  to keep troubleshooting possible.

  Hi Rie,

  You can filter out  these messages in rsyslog, because we use only our own log files for troubleshooting.

  Hi Ruslan,

  Thank you for your comment. This logging means syslog on ubuntu by "root-tool-bin".

  ex) Nov  1 10:40:50 [Hostname] root-tool-bin[828]: freeSpace '/record/EZ Pro Media' --> 0

  Hi Rie,

  Unfortunately, there is no possibility to modify logging level for root-tool bin directly.

  You can refer to advices from THIS thread, maybe they will be useful in your case as well.
