    Hi jack Hong,

If you navigate to the Main Menu, tab General, you can either enable or disable Mute audio when the mic is active.

    Best regards.

    Dear Sir,

Thank you for the detailed explanation.
The audio amplitude does not change when the mute is released as shown below. However, in the Windows version, the audio amplitude changes well depending on the microphone input signal.

    Best Regards,

    Hong

    Hi jack Hong,

    Please check THIS video.

To avoid confusion, and clarify the issue.

Can you or can't you speak when using the Linux Desktop Client?
If you can speak, does it mean, you cannot speak when you enable Mute audio when the mic is active or the other way around?

    Dear Sir,

    Good morning

Please check THIS video link http://witcon.diskstation.me:10000/sharing/3TglEp2j3

I tested it on Windows and Linux versions with the same settings. However, the sound amplitude for the microphone input signal doesn't appear on Linux.

    Hi jack Hong,

I’m unable to view the video as I keep encountering a timeout notification.

In situations like this, I recommend checking the audio input source. The sound amplitude will only display when an input signal is detected. If the amplitude remains flat, it indicates that no audio is being sent.
