    Glen,

    Can you confirm for us if this is a cloud system or a local system you setup and provided?

    If it were a cloud system, then removing the access to their cloud accounts should remove it from their welcome screen (even if they are already logged into their cloud account).

    Please confirm for us.

    Yes I added them as a cloud user to my NX

    then I deleted them as a cloud user from my NX

    now it still shows on their NX Client but instead of showing as a cloud system, it has my external IP address listed as the server, which obviously I don't want them to see.

    and I have no way to remove

    Hi Glen Harrison,

    Please check THIS support article. If you instead of preserving the settings, just delete the configuration, the client will be in default state, and the customer has to log in, and only the available systems will show.
