Option to Disable Plugins

The option to disable plugins under System Admin>Plugins would be very beneficial.

Example:

In situations where DW Ai servers are used, it is found that cameras that have their own plugin but are using DW Ai will cause conflict.

If a customer has a large quantity of cameras, they may need to log in to each camera to disable the use of its own analytics engine.

In other cases, the camera can't have it disabled and the only other option is to remove the plugin from Spectrum (for example, Uniview).  While this may work, if there is an update that re-installs the plugin, it can create the issue again.

By having the option to enable/disable plugins, we can simplify troubleshooting, cut down on time to correct the issue, and prevent the issues from reoccurring.

  To tack on to this, I think it would be nice to also be able to load updated plugins from this page as well.  This prevents the need to access the server directly if it can be implemented from a remote client.  Something like this:
