    This is happening to me as well on the DW spectrum version. I was forced to delete & re-add a user to fix the issue as a workaround but it’s not ideal.

    I will attempt to remove affected users and re-add however I'm noticing this across all systems we have on 6.0.0.39503, could this be escalated to support please?

    Same here... logged in as Administrator (what used to be Owner), cannot demote Power User to Viewer. Logged in as Power User, cannot change roles for Adv, Live, Viewers. As Zack said, deleting and re-adding is the only way. This was an in-client upgrade, not a fresh install.

    While I am complaining.... still, in 6.0, no way to have a custom role that lets Power User manage Live Viewer and Viewer roles (add/edit/delete users), but NOT manage camera settings. Some customers want to have an "assistant" manage users, but not delete cameras, video, change camera settings, etc.
    Or did I miss something?

    We are aware of this permission issue and have included a fix in the next release (v6.0.1). The release is now available internally and will be published on the official website soon.
