Enable Date/Time Overlay

Many of our customers use camera OSD for date/time.  This can be a headache to implement on large numbers of cameras, as they will often need to be manually configured for each camera.  Even though exports can be made to include the server timestamp, many customers still need to have the OSD on the actual camera's display.

I think having an option to enable Date/time overlay on the cameras using a similar format to exports would be helpful.  When this overlay is enabled, it should also automatically enable the use of time stamps when exports are made, using the same matching parameters.

This could save customers a lot of time and effort, as they wouldn't need to adjust every camera's time zone for NTP, manually set camera time, or sync camera time with computer for every device.  It also ensures 100% sync for all cameras.
