The captured frames are always the same when I close the camera on NX.

I am consuming frames from a camera registered in NX for an external service. However, when I close the camera in NX, the frame being sent is always the same. My question is: could this be related to the license? I activated the free developer license. If it is not related to the license, what could be the issue?

  Hi Natalia,

  Thanks for your question, but we are afraid that we don't really get the question. If you don't mind, could you explain and/or elaborate your issue again in more detail?

  From the screen capture, we see only a client screen capture, and you are searching the motion with the filtered "selected cameras", but you have not selected any cameras on the layout.

  If possible, would you please clarify and provide the detail?

  - What goal you may what to achieve?
  - Which approach you are using? API/SDK or others?
  - What do you see and what you have implemented and can you show us the exact behavior in screen recording? (required)
