Android 14 Mobile Push Notifications not working

Hi Guys,

I am just wondering if we have a fix for not receiving push notifications on a Galaxy S24+ running android 14.

The NX application is version 24.1.3.39034

the NX server version is 5.1.2.37996

We can confirm the notifications are triggering to an IOS device.

  I had the same issue. As soon as I logged into the nx cloud account for the first time and set the password it started working. If you haven't logged into nx cloud, give it a go.

  Hi Shaun,

  Could you please confirm that you can enable notifications in the settings of the Nx client on the android device but you do not receive any notifications?
