    Jeremy Chen,

Thank you for the post, can you confirm for us the last line of your post here where you state "everything works fine" after the reinstall. After the reinstall you no longer see the error/issue with the camera?

I'd like to confirm that this is the case before planning/taking next steps. Thank you!

It means that when I installed version 6.0.0.38086, I could add an RTSP stream to Nx Server successfully. However, after installing version 6.0.0.38488, I found that I couldn't see the live stream anymore. So, I reverted back to version 38086, and it works again. I just wanted to let you know that the previous version worked fine with the RTSP stream.

    Hi Michael,

The problem root cause is because the Nx server will check RTSP url existence first and then play it if the URL is valid.

However, because the RTSP stream is from a potable device, the URL will not avaiable before it is requested. It follows the load-on-demand policy for power saving.

If I play the RTSP url from another player, said VLC, then Nx server can playback the same RTSP, since the URL already exists. 30386 didn't check the existence, so in that version, RTSP can be played successfully.

    Regards
