Custom VMS Clients - Problems When Generate Customization Package

Hello,

I would like to customize the NX Client and became aware of the Customization Package. I followed the procedures and filled out the form, but I am unable to generate the file for download.

Can you help?

  It seems this requires a fix on our cloud portal, I am going to raise a ticket report for you on this.
