NX server using windows server 2016 not able to connect to nx cloud
Steps to replicate problem
- using the PC where nx server is installed, open admin page from web browser
- click "connect to nx cloud" button
- successfully logged in to nx cloud when the pop-up browser asks to login to nx cloud
- STUCK in the local admin page where there is a pop-up asking to input the local admin password (password entered is already correct).
- System accepts admin password as correct, but after loading and waiting for a few minutes, system is still stuck at the same input field and nothing happens (see file attached)
Alternative steps to replicate problem:
- using a different PC (not nx server) to connect as nx client
- go system administration -> nx cloud
- click "connect system to nx cloud"
- error msg appears "Failed to connect system to Nx Cloud. None of your Servers has connection to Cloud"
Server PC info:
- Windows server 2016 Datacenter (version 1607)
- Nx version 5.1.2.37996
