Is it possible to do any of the Server API call via the NX cloud

I will be going into more detail here.

if for example I want to get the amount of devices on my NX server I would usualy use the following url

https://{serverIp}:{port}/rest/v2/devices

I'm asking if there is a way knowing the cloudSystemId for my server, db3023bb-952d-4019-8606-818801b65bdf, to do this API call insted of giving it the serverIp and having to open the port from my server.
