Lost admin password
CompletedWe have a multi-server demo system that was cloud-connected for a long period. After disconnecting from the cloud (to switch it to a new account), we are unable to log in with what we have recorded as the original admin password (about 2 years ago).
We still have local admin credentials that work, but not the main admin (Owner) password.
Do we have any way of resetting this at all without a clean wipe and reset?
