API for a readable format event

Now API of Nx Witness for getting event can only provide binary format that can't be read even after rebuilding the binary code to unicode.
That confuses users when they want to make their own CMS without event logs from Nx Witness.

  I realize this is an old question - but those features are now part of Nx Witness. Check out the latest version if you haven't yet.
