    Hi Dan Warne,

Please note that macOS 14.x isn't supported yet for our software.
See also, our list of supported operating systems HERE.
We anticipate to support macOS 14.x in our next major release, v6.0 which is currently scheduled for Q3-2024.

Hi - Similar problem here but I am running Mac OS Monterey 12.7.2.  Same issues as the original poster.  I did however used to have NX on this mac, but it had a problem so deleted it and reinstalled it.  Now it won't open as above.  Does the one bounce thing.  Please help!!!

    Thanks

Pretty crazy that support for MacOS 14.x takes almost a year to add... It's totally unacceptable, since many laptops are updated to the most recent MacOS version.

I’ve found the latest couple of updates have loaded ok on my Macs running the latest macOS.

Strange, I still have issues after upgrading to the MacOS14 (M chipset). What are you running, Intel or M chip?

    Hi Robin Koch,

I understand your frustration and appreciate the need to support the latest OS versions promptly. However, because our software is used in very sensitive environments, reliability is our top priority. New operating system versions often come with new drivers, libraries, and other dependencies that can significantly impact our software.

While adding support for a new OS version might seem straightforward, it involves complex changes that must not affect the other OS versions we support.

To minimize issues, we add (and drop) OS support with each major release, provided the OS release occurs before our code freeze. For example, macOS 14.x will be supported starting with version 6.0. However, since Ubuntu 24.04 LTS was released after our code freeze, it will be supported starting with version 6.1.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear Support,

I totally understand this. The thing that currently has me frustrated if that in our showroom we installed V6 on the server to check it out. My client (MacOS) asked me to update the client and it happily did so. After the update I was unable to open the client anymore. Even re-installing the application with the V5 didn't solve the issue.

If the update's not compatible with my machine, I suggest to give a message to the user while trying to update.

Currently I have spin up a Windows machine just to finish a few implementations I have to do.
