For security software, SecureWorks RedCloak agent impact system performance?

One of our clients is considering installing a security agent, EDR software called Secure Work Red Cloak. So far, we are not sure if it is okay or not in terms of system performance. We have experience with Windows Defender which is already up and running.

Do you think such EDR will require a more powerful CPU or not? So far, CPU utilization is not so busy, but around 50% is already consumed.
